Michelle, what a fantastic photo you got of our redwood beauties!! That was a very special day for me, thank you for insisting that we take a day to breathe deeply the earth and revive our souls amongst these sacred giants. Love you!!
That was such a sweet day in the Redwoods with you and Dad - so happy we took a spontaneous time-out! We need more of those kinds of day :) Love you so much. Thanks for always reading my stories Mom. Love you too!
Hi Jim, thanks for reading and for dropping a note. Hope you are soaking up sunshine down south, still eating tacos, and living and loving the Writer's Life. Have been really enjoying your shorts - as always!
Whew! Is right. The kraut is in the crock, potatoes washed and sorted, eyeing every dead tree for a date on a cold winters night. Dug the last of the chard out from under a blanket of snow for dinner tonight. Winter won't be along shortly now.
Wow Mark, your busier than I am, which is no surprise! Winter bears down on you well before it knocks on my door. I love this vignette of your October. You're a wonderful writer my friend :)
This is simply beautiful, and though fall has been and gone, I feel the blanket, smell the wood. I adore the texture in such a short piece. Thank you so much, and lovely to meet you tonight.
It was so good meeting you as well. I look forward to diving into your writing and see where the group leads us. I really appreciate your kind words and the read!!
